5th Regular PANE Conference at Gauhati University (March 01 – 02, 2007)
The 5th Regular Conference of PANE was successfully organised at Gauhati University from 1st to 2nd March 2007. The event brought together physicists, academicians, researchers, and students from across the North Eastern region and other parts of India, providing a platform for academic interaction and the exchange of ideas.
A significant highlight of the conference was the keynote address delivered by Prof. Amit Roy, who presented on the topic “Use of Low Energy Accelerators”. His talk provided insightful perspectives on the applications and potential of accelerator-based research, sparking engaging discussions among the attendees.
