3rd Regular PANE Conference at Dibrugarh University (Nov 09, 2002)

The 3rd Regular Conference of PANE was successfully held at Dibrugarh University on 9th November 2002. The event gathered physicists, academicians, and students from across the region, creating a vibrant platform for scholarly exchange and scientific engagement.

A major highlight of the conference was the keynote address delivered by renowned astrophysicist Prof. J.V. Narlikar on the topic “Some Unsolved Problems in Astronomy and Astrophysics.” His thought-provoking talk delved into fundamental questions that remain open in contemporary astrophysics, stimulating considerable interest and discussion among participants.
